Herbed Cheese and Olives
This appetizer is delicious on its own or served on a crostini.
Ingredients
	    					1 package, cubed
                                Black Diamond® Mozzarella
	    					1 jar 
                                    Kalamata olives, drained and pitted
		    					8 oz 
                                    Extra virgin olive oil
		    					8 oz 
                                    White balsamic vinegar
		    					1 tbsp 
                                    Dried Italian seasoning
		    					1/2 tsp 
                                    Dried crushed red pepper
		    					6 large 
                                    Garlic cloves, crushed
		    					1 tbsp 
                                    Freshly minced rosemary leaves
		    					24 
                                    Crostinis
		    					Preparation
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, crushed garlic and rosemary until mixed thoroughly.
 - Add cheese and olives to the bowl and gently toss until evenly coated with dressing.
 - Keep refrigerated until serving. To serve, spoon into a small dish or onto crostini.
 - Recipe keeps up to two weeks in fridge.
